In particular Tuscany offers many opportunities for recreational activities, fun and socialising: we organise excursions and tours to visit the art towns of Tuscany, fishing on the Lake Montedoglio and horse riding and golf in partnered structures close by and in the province of Arezzo.

This 65 m2 apartment on two floors, can easily accommodate five people, and has been created in the old rooms of the tobacco drying house.

The apartment has an independent entrance and on the ground floor is found the stone kitchenette with two hob stove, sink, fridge with freezer, and is equipped for eight people, and a living room with a rectangular extendable table, TV and a large glass piece of furniture.

On the first floor there are two rooms: a bedroom with three typical Tuscan style beds with headboards in iron and mother of pearl, chest of drawers with mirror and bedside tables with pink marble; naturally aerated bathroom, basin, bidet, shower and WC and a double bedroom with inlaid wooden bed and very notable pedestal bedside tables and small en-suite naturally aerated bathroom with basin, bidet, shower and WC.

All rooms have beamed roofs. The triple room can be transformed into double with a third bed.
