Reserve a Villa
You can also reserve only one of the three Villa (Casa padronale, Capanno o Seccatoio).

Booking Conditions
Price includes: water, linens, laundry facilities, bicycles, private parking.
Deposit: 30% of total charges.
Caution money: € 500,00.
Cancellation fees: for cancellations received 14 days before Check In: 30%, for cancellations received 13 days befor Check In - 0 hours before Check In: 50%.
Animals are allowed with prior, written consent.
Not included:
- gas and electricity
- obbligatory final cleaning € 360,00
Additional services available upon request:
- linen exchange € 10,00/person;
- breakfast;
- daily cleaning - private cooking available for groups trough catering service.
